Hardee's

The order taker was awesome, very helpful and polite. The food is Hardee’s, so if you’ve ever eaten here before you know what you’re getting because it’s a chain restaurant. If you’re very hungry come early because they are slow as molasses. You’ll be in line for 20 minutes. I’m not sure there’s even such thing as fast food anymore …….

Witnessed a male Karen in the wild today and to be honest I was surprised he ordered a cheeseburger then proceeded to raise his voice to the woman behind the counter who was extremely nice and professional the entire time I am assuming something was wrong with his order. The lady the counter handled the entire situation with Grace while the man was extremely rude and hateful the entire time. By the time his order was ready he threw up his hands and said that he didn't want it anymore, my order was ready shortly after his and she asked since he didn't take it and it was paid for if I would like it and I said yes certainly so five stars 10/10 would witness a male Karen again. Plus out of all the other Hardee's locations this one is the best

Went through the drive thru at about 1pm and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, a regular cheeseburger 2 cokes and a cinnamon roll. Nothing out of the ordinary until I got home and took my burgers out. Literally all smashed flat, like purposely. My husband took them back and the cook wanted to be smart and ask "what does she want" didn't know it was my husband. Seems they smashed our food as a joke and thought it was funny. This is the worst experience we've had here.

Went threw the drive threw around 740p today and every last employee was standing around in the lobby. Sat waiting on someone to take my order for several minutes before pulling to the window to try and get someone’s attention. After sitting at the window for several minutes, a women walked to the kitchen, MADE EYE CONTACT WITH ME, and just kept walking and fully ignored me. I sat there for several more minutes thinking maybe she would come back but nope. Could hear everyone joking around and not doing their jobs. Sorely disappointed… we will not be back. You have signs up about hiring and your starting salary being $10+ but based off of your employees behavior today id say they do not deserve that.
