As a delivery driver, this is one of the worst places to deliver from in the mall.
They don't start cooking your order until you arrive. They make you wait on the line behind all the people ordering. And then they put your delivery order at the end of the line, so you stand there watching everyone's order get prepared when yours should already be packed up ready to go.
I have unassigned from this restaurant quite a few times. Make them start preparing the order before you unassign and maybe management will eventually learn to have their delivery orders ready to go.

Food is good most of the time. The lady who bags orders takes forever and never does the mobile orders to have them waiting on people who have ordered that way so you’re always stuck waiting in line anyways. I enjoy the food but there’s only 1 person per station so 1 at the register 1 in the kitchen and 1 packing food. Very very slow. Unfortunately there’s not a lot to choose from here to eat at so kinda stuck with what we have so yeah. This place needs more workers and better management. Thanks.

Terrible food, low quality and bad customer service. Erica the manager refused to refund me for a cold and nasty sandwich, definitely don’t recomend.

This Burguer King it’s nasty! People it’s very racist, they are very funny with my wife and my friends daughter with Down syndrome. I never came back here, I’m not recommended for any body! They don’t like with people and say: White Trash, I don’t know what is the problem with this guys! It’s nasty and I thinking in demand this place!
