The place was clean. The chicken was good hence the 3-star rating. However, the rice was undercooked and the few pieces of vegetables were from a can. There was no broccoli in a General Tso. The chicken wings in our other plate was not very tasty. Won’t be going back.

Other Chinese restaurants have come and gone in this area, but Red Dragon is consistently the best. Everything is always very good. They are very quick and efficient. When they say your food will be ready in 10 minutes for pickup, it is!

Customer service was awful when I explained that there was a small error on one item from our order. We have been coming here weekly/biweekly for the past few years. To be treated so poorly after I offered to take pics and bring back the food since my husband could not eat his, we decided to just forget it and we will never be back. Felt awful to be treated this way when we have supported them constantly.

Best take out Chinese in Concord. The quality of everything we tried was amazing. My crab rangoons were perfectly crispy little bites of perfection. The teriyaki chicken strips were juicy and flavorful. Everything just tasted like they take pride in it unlike most of the generic Chinese places around. Depending on what you order, you may pay up to 2$ more than other local joints but it is soooooo worth it. My hubby's only complaint was that there wasn't quite enough sugar on his sweet buns but that didn't stop him from eating the entire box

We order from here often. The food os very good. Tonight our noodles had a needle in it. We called and they refunded us. However they said it was normal to have the metal from the brushes fall off! Nope not ok!
