The employee here has a very bad attitude. We had asked for a cup of water ( which is chargeable and not free). When we asked her to give it without ice don't know why she became so upset. She just went back emptied the cup and came back and slammed the cup on the desk. Definitely not worth spending your money there. Terrible service and food is just average.

This place is RIDICULOUS. They do not care about customers WHATSOEVER. I’m highly allergic to shrimp & when I asked politely that they either cook my food separately or clean the grill after they had just cooked shrimp on it they did not. When I got my food she said she had told them but I CLEARLY watched them not clean it. When I asked nicely that they please remake the food they REFUSED! This place is a joke & apparently does not mind losing customers. I will NEVER eat here again. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I have never had worse service at a restaurant. I have worked in the food service business for 25 years, in management and as a team member, so I know how this goes. I have gone to this location 2 times recently and told they were closed, even though it was 20 minutes before their posted closing time. I work at the hospital and got off at 5:30. I got to the place at 5:40 and was told that they had already put chemical on the grill and therefore they were closed. Another time I went and ordered 2 orders of chicken and broccoli. I got home, a 30 minute drive, and had chicken and mushrooms. I do not eat mushrooms. When my son, who is a manager at a store in the mall went and talked to the guy(same guy as above) he said there was nothing he could do but give me an order of broccoli the next time I came in. I have tried to get a manager number, but no one seems to know who that is! I will not be eating there again. The guy that always waits on me is rude and very short with customers and was busy yelling his order across the mall at the sub place while waiting on me.
