Beware this Burger King let’s employees make sandwiches without gloves with a manager present I came back to get my burnt impossible whopper remade because it was burnt black and inedible I get to the first drive thru window and see a employee pinching lettuce tomatoes with no gloves onto a bun that was in the palm of his bare hands. I was in disbelief and got a refund the spread of germs from his hand into the rest of the food I don’t think anyone should bring there family to eat here!!! 😞 the manager Julia is aware of this review. Just foul

this store has some real issues. I understand they could be short on staff. but there always so slow. the lines always huge. there always closing early. people at the window have a bad attitude . or your foods wrong. always something here. very rare to come and theres a short line with a friendly person at the window. and your order comes out perfectly.

If you visit burger king, you must like it because they have been around to dang long, for grown folks not to know, you can't go wrong with the BK. However, I am very curious as to why, some BK's appear to have just a little more flavor than others. And please explain, why the buns in some BK are hard and taste a little stale vs.in other areas the buns, really feel like buns, lol. For real, they feel warm, fresh, soft and the edges look like they been flipped over in a buttery coated cast iron skillet? Try it? I truly feel some of the line cook's, have a passion for being creative in the kitchen, but the only place that would allow him or her to handle food products, is good ole BK. There's my answer! Some of these BK cooks are bringing their own ingredients to the BK grill, so they can live out their dreams of being a Chef. BK please, if you catch the person or people adding seasons and slapping butter on the BK buns, just turn your other cheek. They just cooking with love, and a little bit of fun! Okay Folks, visit a BK near you real soon and let us know, if your bun was soft and buttery with the grilled edges or was something wrong with the cook, and your bun was a little hard and a little stale. Hey, don't forget one important thing, ask for your bun to be grilled and flipped over, as that juicy burger in going through that grill. Go King of The Burger Grill. In not even mad. Wait, how do I know so much. I worked at BK years ago. I had my butter and my seasoning. Hint Hint! BK, we need some seasoning salt and grill those buns like you mean it. Ok. We need Healthy. Pam in the can, healthy spray that taste just like butter. Duhh

I wish I read the reviews before coming. I don’t even leave reviews but this is absolutely the worst Burger King. The person behind the window was extremely rude and unprofessional to the point I just left without my food to keep from dealing with her attitude. I’d rather drive to the one near Concord Mills than come back here.

I have never experienced such unprofessional people in my life. Had 2 order. Had to repeat how I want each one about 5 times get to the pickup window the clerk hands me my food I ask for salt and ketchup she didn't hear me so I repeat it only to be yelled at ma'am there's a way to talk to people. So I ask for my money for my food the second order was incorrect just a terrible crew all together
