Redds On Union

Food was decently priced. The lady here was nice. They were not busy on a Saturday around noon. Burger was good but definitely Not done medium. Fries were yummy. Kids meals seemed fine (one breakfast, one lunch). Bathrooms were better than I expected. My wife confirmed the same about the woman's. They have a stage/dance area. Also I think they had a porch out back and a bar. The setup was not exactly what I expected but food was good. Took a little while considering we were one of two tables at the time.

Had a couple of their apps delivered to the house. Wasn't expecting much since I had never been there before. I am blown away at how good the fried pickles are! Arguably the best fried pickles in the area. I also got the soft pretzels, potato skins and house chips. Their honey mustard served with the pretzels was the best fresh made honey mustard I've ever had. In the middle of eating I had to call and speak with a manager about how great their food is. I'm definitely going to eat redds again. The next time I will be in person!

By far some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered food online and was told it’s be ready in 15 minutes. By the time I arrived I was told my order was not made due to a problem with the kitchen staff. I asked for a refund and was told I had to go through the original website I placed my order. I called and the number is non existent. I called the restaurant the next day and was told no one knew the answer to my problem so I would have to call back at another time to speak with a manager. When I called again I was told I could be given my money back in the form of cash and not my original form of payment.I call again a little while later to make sure they are open. Someone answered the call and asked if I wanted my food to be made instead of a refund. And this is 24 hours later. I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service and would not recommend it to any of my friends or family.

I don't know why but when I come by myself or my mother goes in with one or two people the service is excellent! But when I gowith a group food gets messed up and if anyone orders pancakes their rock hard. My last visit my niece didn't even get her food tell everyone else was served and done eating, my sister's food was Stone Cold and unedible and one of my friends her pancakes were rock hard and partially burnt. Just thought I'd let you know!
