Chick-fil-a

Got four 12 piece nugget meals. Cost 41 dollars for fast food and recieved cold soggy fries and cold burnt nuggets. Tasted like food was cooked an hour ago. Also forgot to put straws in in bag for our drinks. Absolutely horrible went today at 630 p.m., I hope the owner or manager sees this and makes amends to their horrible food quality.

Took way to long I ordered a 8 peice nugget meal took me 20 minutes for that. I was o. Lunch so I didn't even get to enjoy it. Was told they were cooking fresh nuggets ok get my food nuggets weren't hot and fries were old. I won't be back. Chick Fila was a big disappointment. But its not cheap so I'll go elsewhere. Plus the fries were only half full...

App order, just to get there and someone already stole my food and maybe two others. A walk in and pick up turned into a 30 min wait for them to realize what happened and to remake the order. From my understanding the lady was told to not place orders on the rack, because someone had already stolen an order previously.

6-30-22, Concord Location next to Popeye's across from the Concord Mall & Starbucks. Stopped by the drive thru for a quick bite of lunch. Ordered a #1 meal (regular sandwich with large tea and large waffle fries) Ordered, paid, and back on the road in less than 12 minutes. Friendly staff, food was hot, process was fast.

So I normally do not do reviews... EVER. However, I just had to share about this particular trip to my favorite Chickfila! I come to this location all the time, in my opinion it is THE BEST Chickfila around! The atmosphere is always peaceful and clean and the food is ALWAYS taste the same, hot and fresh, no matter the day or hour! Today I decided to stop by to grab some lunch and kill some time while waiting on a doctor appointment. While I was there I noticed how genuinely happy all the employees were! Everyone had a smile and I heard laughter from the employees that seemed like a family! It was so nice to see all the employees so joyful with everything that is going on right now in the world it was very refreshing to experience the joy radiating from EVERY employee!! Id also like to recognize Stockton Perry, the store operator. He was so helpful to all the employees and connected with everyone he encountered! I overheard him speaking with customers as well as employees and every conversation was as if he was talking to a friend he had known for years! The whole time I was there it felt like I was at home and part of such a sweet family! Keep up the amazing work guys!! YOU ALL ROCK!!
