I’ve never really had a bad time going to chic fil a until I came to this location. We ordered and then we were asked to move to the waiting area which was fine because it usually takes a minute or so but not this time. We’ve been waiting for 30 minutes and then a young lady comes over with a drink in her mouth and says “are y’all waiting for an order?” We said yes firmly hoping we’d be next to get our order. Yet other cars who have been waiting got their food way before us and we gotten parked there first . We finally went inside and told them we have been waiting a long time and they really didn’t seem to have much of an reaction. Like I said I’ve never had a problem with chic fil a but this location seems to have a customer service problem that needs help asap. Will not be returning again to this location :(

I know Chick-fil-a is fast... But this one is extremely speedy. We ordered for 5 people through the drive thru and this one had it completely ready when we pulled to the window. Kudos and awesome!

Chick Fil A is always a good experience. This place shorts you on chicken breasts, though. They are like 3 times smaller than surrounding cities' CFAs. If you don't mind that, though, the staff is friendly and food is always fresh and tasty.

I love love chick fil a. I never have had a problem at any other chick fil a so I wasn’t expecting my order to be messed up. I ordered a chick fil a deluxe with bacon added and a spicy chick fil a deluxe. 1.I didn’t get the bacon added, which wouldn’t have been a huge deal but like every other customer, I paid for the bacon to be added. 2. The spicy deluxe wasn’t a spicy deluxe, so my mother was upset. And lastly we didn’t receive any of the sauces we asked for. On top of the mess ups we had to park aside and wait for our food…which is fine , we understand sometimes some foods take a while to prep, but our order wasn’t even made right.

Literally the drive thru director rang in my order wrong. I wanted a combo but instead rang up everything separate. When I approached drive thru window I explained I wanted to combo so that I could get a drink and that it was rang up wrong, and the lady offered to ring me up for a drink instead of trying to fix the mistake. Additionally, the grilled chicken club comes with honey bbq sauce and I asked for extra, and there wasn’t even ONE in the bag. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. So disappointing.

We came in to the store 15 minutes before closing went to the bathroom then stood at the register to order while one employee swept the floor we waited. Finally when someone came to the register at 10, sorry, but we are closed. This is not right, we walk out got in our car and they let 3 cars go thru the drive thru😡

Chick-fil-A is one of our favorite fast food restaurants. When traveling we always look for their locations. The service is impeccable and the food is great. Chick-fil-A is the "gold standard" among fast food restaurants. I.p.o
