Over all a pretty filthy place. Rarely is there hot food available. You'll be lucky if your big gulp is anything but soda water. And good luck finding a lid for it (you better be buying a double gulp of soda water!) The people loitering outside leering at you add to the charm. Unfortunately I can only give 3 stars because it is the 3rd best 711 on monument

I went today to 7-eleven and they had bad customer services. my coworker asked a question about the discount for the drinks. we were unaware that they do not give discounts for the ice coffee. my coworker asked a question and an employee got mad and responded in a rude way. The customer services at this 7- eleven is horrible ALL THE TIME. A lot of my coworkers and managers from my job dislike coming here because of that and our job is down the street from this 7 eleven.

Ask for you receipt. They do not honor their promotions. I bought some Pringles that were advertised for $4 for 2 - 5.6 OZ and the cashier over charged me. He did not give me my receipt at first so I asked for it. I told him it's advertised on the shelf and he walked back to the display hesitantly and when he saw that they were in fact advertised as such he proceeded to rip the advertising off, then tells me sorry! Its $1.00 difference, but its the principle that matters to me. I will never come to this 7 - 11 again and urge my co-workers not to come also.

If I could give 0 stars because this 7-11 deserves 0 worst customer service EVER made a purchase around 3PM of a cosmetic item got a reciept once I got home I compared the color to an old bottle didn’t match ! I return this evening with my receipt and item and these 2 young rude men behind counter basically explained he couldn’t do anything for me not even an even exchange just rude NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS 7-11 will be contacting BBB as well as the franchise department. It’s the principle of the situation but the dollar amount.

I love this 711 location. It's big and open and they have all the regular 711 snacks on a convenient corner at the "4 corners" area of concord. Service is usually friendly at the counter and the lines are never very long. It's a great stop on the way to Brenden Theater. I like to get my candy cravings out of the way pre-movie, so that I can focus on extra buttery popcorn once Im' there. :) Ahhh! And it's 3 days away from 7/11 right now! Free slurpee!!
