They cut the sliced meat in half or thirds and put one layer of meat on the sandwich. Less than 2oz of meat on a large sandwich.

Worst place to ever be. Please don't go there and waste your time and money. Terrible customer service. The guy was totally out of the space and started talking bad about me and my friends. Finally we left.

Do not come here or even use the app. We ordered a meatball sub on the app, they gave us a call back and said they didn't have it so we said it's okay just refund us. They said okay... when we went to see the app the sandwich shows as picked up so of course they didn't refund us and no one picks up the phone. Terrible location.

Ordered 02/27/2022 through the App, but got a call from the store said the choice I made was not available so I asked for a refund. Check in the next date, refund was not made and the App says I picked up the order.

Ordered in the app. Showed up at 644pm to see the store was closed when the app said it was open until 8pm. No response from the store or corporate to get a refund to my gift card.
Edit: Went in the next day and they honored the order.

The lady working in there today 11/30/21 around 1:41pm was extremely rude and unwelcoming. They should probably have someone else making the sandwiches & give her a different assignment not working with customers and she kept getting the customer in front of me order wrong. She just wasn’t focused, welcoming or patient at all so I’ll just stick to going to the subway on Pacheco at least they appreciate their customers. First & last thing there.

there's one lady who makes my sandwich just fine. she's great. everyone else that's works there doesn't listen. Everytime I go and she's not there, the boys don't listen. they're too busy talking to each other while making sandwiches. I have to repeat myself at least 4 times before they understand what I said.
