I love spending money one items that don’t make it into the bag. Also it’s the only food place in the mall that won’t let you sit down to eat. It’s a bad McDonald’s and that’s saying something.

I usually won't waste my time for bad review～but I hope the manager can see it to know the staff‘s attitude is really mean～bad attitide，no passion…The waitress was an older lady with long silver hair

I usually don’t have a problem preordering and picking up, but this particular McDonald’s was particularly rude and was having a hard time picking up my order.
I order near by on my phone, and send it in. I went to the window that said to pick up my order, and they sent me to the cashier. I showed them my number and the cashier said,” I can’t find your order.”
She was all confused, and non caring, said to call the number, and just re typed in my order and asked me to pay. I didn’t want to pay again because the app had a discount I payed and applied to. She repeatedly said, “I don’t know what to do for you”
Even though I had proof I ordered from the exact store for nuggets, soda, and fries
I then had to call the number, and I had to find the reciept in the email I barely used.
By that time I finished, they finally found my order.
