Best customer service I have ever found in Concord. Very polite and helpful. The food and portion and price wise was excellent. I can't believe I didn't try this earlier. I would recommend to all my friends and family to go here. I was not disappointed at all. I will definitely be back.

Kansai is probably one of the best places to get Japanese near Concord, they have good sushi and good entrees with larger portions. The price has gone up a bit over the years, but it's still worth it and the quality shows this.
I've never left Kansai unhappy :)

This used to be my all time favorite sushi spot until now. I placed an order for pickup & the avocado in the California Roll was literally black. When I called the restaurant they said it happens when the Avocado is exposed to the air 🤣🙄😒. Yeah no I just picked it up no more than 10 minutes ago. It won't turn black that quick.
I luckily got a refund through GrubHub because I literally lost my appetite

This place is wonderful. Fun, great attentive staff without pressure. Very relaxed, up beat music, no attitude.

We were regulars at the Oakland location, and this was our first time at this Concord location. Everything was as expected. It really hit the spot.

Great staff and atmosphere. We ordered rolls and they were delivered within 5 minutes of ordering! The rolls were fresh and yummy. I've ordered delivery from them in the past and this was my first time dining in. I definitely will be back again.

Cool sushi place with amazing service. I tried the veggie gyoza and mixed veggies sushi. Loved the gyoza and didn’t hate the veggies roll. My friends tried lots of different things there and they liked them all. Recommend checking out this place, I might go back there if I was in the neighborhood.
