Service here is incredible, everyone I've met so far has been super kind. Drinks have also been amazing so far every time I have gotten one.

I've been to several different locations and Alpine biggby is the best! Hands down! The lady working in the drive thru was super friendly and I got my coffee faster than most locations would.

I went to the one on alpine and a girl Abby went beyond to make us happy with a great smile and personality. and the coffee was perfect which my boyfriend is very picky. We will definitely be coming back because of her and I will be telling all my friends and social media to come to alpine to get the best customer service and great coffee and drinks. Thanks abby our day wasn’t going to smooth with two sick babies u rock

I go to this Biggby often and always have a really fast and friendly experience. Everyone there seems to work their flippen butts off to get everything out in a timely manner BUT also have never messed up my order once. Dennis today, actually put me in awe at that amazing customer service voice. HE SOUNDS LIKE HE SHOULD BE IN A COMMERCIAL. I asked for his name because I was impressed not only at their speed today during the busy time, but they chose the correct person to mandate the window orders. Wow. Impressed.

Had a near perfect coffee here. No need to do anything but drink. Love this place. Service is always friendly. Bogo for a $1 coupons on Facebook are always a plus too! Can't wait for new fall flavors to come out.

**Edit: I do have to say, they most certainly have improved. Could have been staffing issues, I was quick to judge, admittedly. They sure are friendly individuals who treat me like the regular that I am.
Deserves a star increase.
Unfortunately, the slowest Biggby in Grand Rapids. Waited an hour in line with five cars ahead of me. When I got to the window, I passed on a tip and received attitude back.

Very quiet and cozy atmosphere. The staff does a great job and always interacts with customers. The speed of service is prompt and the accuracy is spot on every time. Excellent variety on the menu. There is a drink for everyone including kids. If you don't see what you would like they work hard to accommodate and provide the requested drink.
