Bad experience we pay for barbacoa 3 pouns of barbacoa and and we receved only 1pound of meat and 2pounds of pure bones ,is not the only bad thing in the past there was a free parking and now they charge $3 parking is not a lot, puro hueso y el parking cobran ultima vez que llegamos please share or be aware thnaks

loved it! Restaurant Onofre offers some Good authentic mexican food and environment. They have a good selection of classic mexican drinks and dishes at great prices. I had the "Torta de Asada" which is basically the Mexican version of a stake sandwich and it was Amazing. With its hefty size and delicious taste it exceeded all my expectations. Pair it up with their home made "Horchata (rice drink)", "Jamaica" (sweet hibiscus tea), or a Jarritos soda for a truly authentic mexican casual dining experience, wothout having to go south of the border.

This place is is fantastic. I got Huaraches de Cesina, Consume con Carne de Barbacoa, Taco de Barbacoa, with Salsa de Mole. Everything was great. Someone let me try their beef soup and I was blown away. I highly recommend the Barbacoa and Consome. Word is they have bands on the weekend. I will be coming back here; delightful food and atmosphere.

I can't say what it is like in recent times but I remember this place for one reason and one reason only. I came here for lunch one day and ordered a burrito. This is the only time I have ever thrown away food for being so outright disgusting. I was very hungry that day, so for me to trash it really said alot. I may give it another chance but I'm not very confident.
