I must say disappointing but let's face it El Pollo Loco how much excitement when do items should there really be in this case I went with the birria tacos, well I'll say the tacos were okay on a scale of 1 to 10 I'll give him a three maybe four on the other hand the consomme literally tasted like enchilada sauce and the fact that they give you a cup and it's only filled up a quarter of the way makes it even worse

This location is ridiculous. They provide a service to the community that we appreciate which is excepting EBT. The problem is that they are not properly staffed at all. Since they don’t have staff the community suffers. Those of us that are underprivileged and are unable to o expose ourselves to your delicious meals without the benefit of EBT go without. These actions are borderline discriminatory and I am going to address the city of Compton with my concerns Please do not visit this establishment hoping to eat on EBT because they apparently do not offer those services. Ordered online at 8:00 pm and went to pick up and the place was closed! I try to cancel online and it says to call the store. I call the store and no one picks up. The order says completed and they charged my account! I just want my money back. I will be contacting corporate. Update: Still waiting on my refund after 3 weeks. I’ve called them 3 times and have spoke to 3 different people one of them which was Manager “Gustavo”. I’m just getting the run around and corporate isn’t much help either. Honestly just stay away from this place.

They gave a complete wrong order I ordered chicken burrito And they wrapped rice with cheese inside the burrito, People are working there are so rude They don't know how to take your order I repeated 3 times my order and still they gave me all wrong the The management is supposed to do something about these workers They should hire people with more training it's very sad .

Ok I guess the lady didn't hear me ask for the Classic so I received 2 BRC burritos so I get home eating in the my food no chicken I ask for so I take it back up to El Polo loco and ask can I get some chicken I ask for I explained the way I ordered she explained what she heard and fix the problem very respectful lady serious that's help when ur buying food an people could spit in out of no wear so thanks to the staff of El Polo loco
