Food and service are incredible! The employees are very attentive and helpful with any questions or problems with an order. The tables are always nice and clean too

It was delicious. I ordered the BBQ rodeo burger, and it was amazing. The employees are really nice to which makes it even better. Would totally recommend.

I love BurgerFi! The food is made fresh and delicious. All the staffs are friendly and warm and smile all the time it makes you feel like you're greeted and served by your own family. The onion ring is to die for, one of the best I've ever had. Definitely my top burger place so far!

Restaurant always seems kinda greasy, a little dirty, service could be better. Food is really good, but is expensive. They literally bribe you into rating them 5 stars by offering you a free meal up to $30 if you do so… so I’d say the ratings on here are not what they should be based on that alone. They also have a sign outside saying they allow service animals but all other “pets” are not allowed. Hmmmm.

I love the foods! CEO burger is my favorite!! I love their fries and onion rings! The best and fresh!! I like the original, but the cajun also good. The place are big for family and friends to hangout. I also love their truffle sauce!! It’s a must!! The workers really nice and fast.

I ate at this restaurant the other night and it was absolutely amazing and delicious. All of the staff were kind and accommodating, especially the manager ally. The place was clean and all around a great experience! Definitely recommended!

The staff here cares about what they put out and it shows. Machine ran out of juice and the young gentleman came out from behind the counter in the same 15 sec and started to add what was required. The food never disappoints and the churo shakes always hit the spot. I don't rem the name's but I've never received bad service walking in here.
They all deserve a pat on the back and then some. Always tip.

While visiting relatives in Long Island...my "hubby" and I decided to stop at BurgerFi for some grub. Upon entering the restaurant we were instantly impressed with the decor, cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. The general manager, Alexandra came over, and introduced herself after we were seated...(which I thought was a nice touch since we told the waitress that we were never there before.) Hubby had the CEO with french fries and onion rings, while I had the Bacon Cheeseburger with fries and a chocolate shake. Our mouths exploded as the food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We plan to make this a regular stop every time we go to the Island.
p.s. Have you thought about expanding to Upstate New York? Like Wappingers Falls perhaps?

Burgers are tasty. Onion rings are crispy and awesome. But, fries are not crispy the way I like them; kinda boring actually. The staff has been patient and polite. The floor freaks me out! My shoes stick to the floor wherever I go, dining area, bathroom, as if soda was spilled and the floor was not mopped clean. That really bothers me.

The food here is 10/10! I got the veggie burger and added ketchup and mustard and it blew me away! There were also a lot of shake options! This place should be everywhere. The staff is friendly and prices are reasonable!

We ordered two burgers and the urban fries and a drink, everything was phenomenal and we can’t wait to come back. The workers were so friendly and patient (we couldn’t decide when we first walked in because there are so many options)
The food was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was clean and casual but all modern and really nice. Bathrooms were spotless
Also the prices were great we expected it to cost more
Can’t wait to return for more

The beyond burger is just a 10/10
The fries and onion rings are the perfect sides
My son loves the chicken tenders
And of course the various drink choices are a big plus....
Love the food, the place and the company.
