La Fuente Mexican Grill

We loved the restaurant. Walking into this Mexican restaurant blew me away, I loved all the decor, very vibrant and authentic and probably most importantly very clean. The staff is extremely efficient. By the time we were opening our menus the chips and salsa was already being placed down on the table. The food was delicious, and the portions were large. One of our favorite stops from here on out whenever we are down in the area.

The food and our young waitress were both amazing. We are a large rowdy family with many different taste preferences but we all found something delicious. The chicken quesadilla was outstanding. The entire atmosphere is great with wonderful decorations. The kids loved the fountain. Definitely going back!

Let me clarify...the food is wonderful. The service is deplorable. I placed an order for a very special occasion..for others. The mgr took the order over the phone in the morning for a 6 p.m. pickup that day. I arrived at 5:50 pm ...and no one there knew what I was talking about. The manager, had gone for the day....And left no instructions to prepare my order to be picked up. I reordered the same three dinners... I was told before I left the orders were verified and they were complete. I gave the waiter a tip for " correcting" the mistake...I went home... my order was missing two of the dinners. They gave me one complete dinner and one appetizer... for three people. I was so infuriated and to the point where I wasn't sure what was going to come out of my mouth, if I went back there again, I asked a friend , if he would go pick up the orders, after they were placed again...(3rd x now) So if I were you , I would order ahead of time, then call about an hour before you went, to verify the orders were being prepared....And then, when you got there ...open the bag, before you left to make sure everything you ordered was in there.!!! ..to that extent, I will take responsibility. I should have verified everything I paid for was in that bag , before leaving the restaurant. I just couldn't imagine, them screwing up the order twice in a row when they saw how upset I was the first time I got in there. I was wrong. I'll go back if others insist on it...But.." it ain't gonna b my idea"!!
