The breakfast biscuit was what was expected. Service inside was slow. The cleanliness is much better than the McDonald's we see when traveling. I would go to this place again.

Fast though sometimes it seems like that’s all they care about. Employees attitude’s while giving guest service could be better. I’ve noticed not even the managers have a positive attitude while on duty. Most of them talk bad about the place; running the store with no care for the place.

I had ordered a double quarter pounder earlier and I am 21 weeks pregnant and I HAVE COVID and my husband noticed the meat was pink still…LEARN TO MAKE SURE THE MEAT IS COOKED ALL THE WAY.

The person at the money window acted like he was in A hurry. Spilled our change allover the ground. I don't think it was the first time beings others change was on ground as well. Got our food looked in bag right away to make sure food was right and for ketchup and napkins. No napkins no ketchups. Asked for some and he asked is to go park in a parking spot and someone will bring out right away.A person can only wait so long and we left without our ketchup and napkins. To top it off one burger was okay and the other was so petrafied it was like jerky. Maybe if had the ketchup it would of rehydrated the hamburger. We hadn't been there sence before the pandemic and thought we'd try again. We learned our lesson again.

I always order for my 3 kids or more and I always want the combo meals but for some reason they always enter the order with one of the meals as a sandwich and a drink with no fries. They dont show the whole order on the screen ever and we pay for it and leave and then we find out we are short an order of fries. One kid didnt get fries. When you go back to get fries they are 3dollars and 90 cents for large by themselves. For 5 trips now plus gas for the trip.

Food was not hot for as long as we sat and waited for our food....for as busy as they was in drive thru I thought for sure it would be nice and hot...

Have officially lost my business. Have called twice before with complaints “oh we will send u coupons” never got anything. Today ordered 2 4 piece chicken nugget meals. One has 6 pieces no big deal the other had only fries and apples. No nuggets. Not even worth complaining again. Will not come back again.
