The rampant incompetence of this location is astounding. This ordeal begins with their online ordering constantly being down. Furthermore, items online are marked not available at this location when they actually are (I know this because once the online system failed I ordered in person).

Steven was GREAT! Clean and FRIENDLY atmosphere. I will definitely be back! The manager even helped us carry our drinks to the table. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked too! Everyone was kind and welcomed us when we walked in the door.

I thought the food was pretty good, but the service wasn’t exactly superb. In fact, the final cashier & the manager left me with a very unwelcoming feeling & I didn’t want to return or ever spend our money there again!
Had the Choose 2, McAllister wrap and Tortilla soup. Both were awesome. The staff was friendly and the restaurant clean.

Had a pick up order at 8:30pm and my soup was cold when I picked it up 10 minutes later. I don't know if they turn their soups off 30 min before close or what but my soup should have at least been warm..
