had the worst service ever this afternoon, - despite telling the "barista" (sic) three times that i wanted to use my stars to pay for my drink, my card was still of she is behind the counter charged! also, she didn't tell me they couldn't use my stars to pay for a $20 cup i purchased until AFTEr my bill was paid! i may go back again

Worst Starbucks in Columbus. They're so extremely slow. There were 3 employees there- Elinor, Hannah, and someone else, who continued to have a conversation when we approached to order. Elinor took our order and the only that was said was our total and asked for the cup size one time. No welcoming or parting greeting, extremely subpart.

I went back to my home town to visit some family yesterday and was needing a little pick-me-up,if you will, so I stopped by the new Kroger's with a starbucks in it. I was greeted very nicely and was served very honestly! While the employee working alone, she was very kind and up to the task of making my drinks even with a migraine that she was suffering from and apologized about in advance. So I ordered 2 medium caramel frappuccinos with 2 espresso shots each so 4 in total plus whatever is already in them. She hands me 2 large cups filled to the brim and then a 3rd cup that was medium and she stated she had dome this bcuz I had paid for the premeasured mixers of 2 mediums, but with the 4 extra shots of espresso it had stretched the amount by a great bit so she gave me every bit of what I paid for! So thoughtful! Thank you so much, I wished I had caught her name.

I am a frequent customer of Starbucks and have never had a problem with anything ever. This changed today, I ordered a Iced Caramel Cloud Macchiato. There were 5 people in front of me and the cashier continued to visit with her friend. Not good customer service. Get through the line then visit, efficiency. Then when I finally got my drink I ordered a Venti, it was HALF FULL. I hadn’t even taken a drink and it looks like I drank half of it. I do not pay $5.00 almost $6.00 for half a drink. Never again will I go to this location.

This place is so convenient ! I love the secondary entrance through the food court. The only reason i give this location 4 stars is because they are always out of Milk ! It makes me giggle because they are literally inside a GROCERY STORE ! The young man i always see with facial hair and gauged ears is ALWAYS pleasant. He makes conversation with me that doesn't seem rehearsed or robotic but he does remember his customers! The drinks are always made correctly ! Even when I change them all around !
