It has been years since I’ve eaten at Jill’s Diner. I finally after all this time got to revisit them recently for breakfast with a good friend.
To this day, their food and service is still amazing! Jill is still working the grill and serves up fantastic home cooked breakfasts! I had the Washington St. special and everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing.
Overall, if you like diners, hit up Jill’s and support them. You’ll thank me later!

My group stopped here on a Saturday late morning on our way to the Story Inn Wine Fair. It was a bit busy but we were seated within 10 mins. Service and food were fantastic! The gravy is some of the best I have ever ate, perfectly seasoned! The prices were reasonable for the amount of food your are given. I will definitely be back!

This is the best breakfast we have ever had in Columbus, Indiana! We will be back and we will be back often as well lol. The diner only has early hours and is usually busy. I wasn't a fan of their biscuits and gravy. But my fiance was. He really liked the biscuits and gravy. Both of our eggs and bacon were perfectly cooked. The winner for me was their fried potatoes! Just like my dad and grandma would fry them ❤ even their toast was delicious with a good amount of butter on each piece. Most places hardly put butter on their toast anymore. But Jill's Diner did. The service was great too. Everything was just perfect. We absolutely loved Jill's Diner and will be back often for breakfast! Thank you so very much!

My boyfriend and I LOVE coming here. It’s so hard to find a classic diner and that’s exactly what Jill’s is! You always see familiar faces walking in and Jill and her daughters do a great job with the service they provide. Thank you guys so much💗

Amazing home cooked to order food and they definitely know how to cook a good southern breakfast. Known Jill since we were teens. Wonderful lady. Reminded me of going to my granny's for breakfast in the deep south of ky. Blessings Jill and her family n staff. Awesome service I'd rather eat here than a give star restraunt. The over all experience us worth more than money or food. It's about the experience of the way things were n still should be. Thanks again Jill's Diner ...🙏🕊💞

I'm a fan of corned beef hash with 2 eggs "over medium".
Jill consistently hammers out the perfect over medium egg. That says a lot about a cook.
The staff is great, I am kinda biased because I've known these ladies for a very long time.
I'd give 5 stars, but Jill keeps making me pay for those perfect over medium eggs. LOL.

Great little place that you’d never find if a local didn’t tell you about it. Coffee was good, service was good, food was good. My omelette was made with actual eggs not eggs out of a jug! Best of all we didn’t spend a fortune on breakfast.

A friend and I went to Jills Diner for lunch today. It is a cool place. Miss these type diners in North Vernon and other places. My friend Gayle, a regular customer loves this place and she knows the ppl who work there. I love the style inside the diner the record albums on the walls etc. Good service friendly waitress and environment.
