Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Just to start we have never had an issue before. I am only giving them 2 stars because the order was correct... with that being said: I placed an order online that was over $100. Online told me that it would be ready at 1:00pm. My employee got there at 12:40 but because it was so busy and our order wasn't supposed to be ready until 1, she sat and tried to give them time to catch up before going to the counter to pick up our big order. As she is waiting a man in the back yells to up front that "that big order hasn't been picked up yet, that is why we shouldn't do them". So my employee got up and went to the counter to tell them that it is her big order that they are talking about and that it wasn't supposed to be ready until 1 and she had been there for 15 minutes waiting. The man checking her out stated that it had been ready for 30 minutes. She then asked him if that meant our smoothies were watered down and his reply was, "yeah, probably". He then proceeded to tell her that when placing an online order that it gives a longer wait time than is needed. IF A BIG ORDER IS PLACED AND THE PICK UP TIME IS 1 YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD KNOW SOMEONE WOULDN'T BE THERE UNTIL 1 TO GET IT!!!! Smoothies were in fact watered down. Sandwiches were cold and one sandwich was completely inedible. I am very highly disappointed with these employees and their service.

We were in the drive through for 30 minutes for 4 kids smoothies of the same flavor. The workers were talking and drinking their own smoothies instead of creating smoothies for customers. I have never written a poor review like this, but it was completely unacceptable. The drive thru girl was on her phone taking selfies.

The drive thru menu board can be a little over overwhelming but I'd only ever grab smoothies before and today I wanted to eat. Finally went inside for the first time. Even though it was a bit sad outside, inside helped you feel a little closer to the beach a nice atmosphere for sure.m. FOOD IS DELICIOUS & the SMOOTHIES NEVER DISAPPOINT. My lunch today was a little under $10 (flatbread sandwich and a smoothie). Price is pretty fair for what you get. They do have gluten free & vegan options. This isn't their full menu but some of the options.
