Panera Bread

Their food is delicious. The breakfast sandwiches, cinnamon crunch bagels with pecan walnut spread. Broccoli mac and cheese with a bread bowl. Their orange scones are simply delicious. Their kitchen sink cookie is SO delicious. It's giant! Young manager Conner is an exceptional employee. He went above and beyond. Thank you!

5 🌟Love their new signature chicken sandwich. Also love Teresa who takes orders. She's so patient, sweet and helpful. She was the only one taking orders with a line of people waiting and a lady giving several orders. She didn't miss a beat and kept her pleasant attitude. I'll pick her to order from everytime.

This location hardly ever disappoints. I know this location struggled a bit in 2021 with store issues and staff, but have come back strong in my opinion. My go to order is The Turkey Avocado BLT with chips, pickle and a muffie. It’s always fresh and the staff is always friendly. Service is pretty quick too. This location also has a bunch of convenient options, order via the app, curbside pickup, kiosks inside to order, etc.

Tonight we got Panera Bread for takeout and it was such great service! In the past we haven’t had the best experience, but decided to try again tonight. Heidi, who took our order and Andrew, the manager went above and beyond! They originally thought there would be a delay in getting some items we ordered, so we cancelled that order and they were able to get just enough to complete our order on top of our replacement item. They were kind, courteous, and offered many suggestions from the menu when we were torn on what to order. Because of our great experience tonight, we will definitely be frequent customers again! Have you ever walked into a new place and felt like a child again. Surrounded by the objects that light desire to your heart; you want everything you see. Walking into a Panera for the first time felt like this. I have used Panera online ordering but never actually been in it. The service this morning as excellent, friendly, warming, everything above. From immediate assistance to answering all my questions. Happy friendly smiles. Care and grace put into my chia latte. The spinach and artichoke souffle was delicious from it's flaky golden brown croissant base, all the flavors blending together to create a magically dance of fireworks as you ate. Call me Mrs. Over the top but it I'm not over exaggerating. Thank you people of Panera.
