Horrible customer service. They do not care about anything here. It is slow as Christmas and I can't stress this enough. I've been coming here since it was built and they have never been fast, EVER!!! 5 mins for a simple soda, all the time, even with nobody else there at all!!! It is the most horribly ran business I have ever seen.

No bacon for the bacon double cheeseburger, no strawberry for the strawberry limeade. Took way to long trying to order my stuff from the take out. I know why now this area is empty.

I was supposed to have a Super Sonic Double Cheese Burger with mustard along with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. (I did not get that) A large Tot, I got that. A Route 44 cherry limeade. And my spouse's drink was messed up as well. He had wings, a route 44 ocean water (ended up being a small), tots. He was forgotten about after pushing the button. The manager had to come out. Yet, the order was STILL MESSED UP!!!
We knew what we wanted prior to arrival. Yet, this took 50 mins to get waited on, order placed, served and everything.
There was roughly a total of 5, yes FIVE cars there. If I could give a negative number for a rating, I would.
This was expensive. McDonald's would have done better than this. We went to Sonic expecting better service and better food. And we were given less than what McDonald's offers their customers.

Food is decent, but the service is not up to par. The manager on staff was aggressive regarding a change in order. A special drink was requested (lemon slush add sweet tea) and manager said they don't make specialty drinks. The curb appeal of the restaraunt offers very little to be desired. This is an okay place to grab a quick snack, but I wouldn't expect grand service.

I love Sonic but was very disappointed with this location. We pulled up with 2 other cars already there. We pushed the button to order & waited quite awhile before I checked the time. We waited 10 minutes & did not receive any acknowledgement that we were even there. The screen read that the red button had been activated & would be with us soon. After 10+ minutes we left and drove across the street to Wendy’s where we received excellent, friendly & prompt service.

The service is INCREDIBLY slow especially compared to other sonics I've been to, suffice to say that this Sonic is not Sonic. We had a group and all of our orders got mixed up and the card machine wasn't working and then the back up machine also wasn't working and the manager was obviously shouting and getting upset with the workers, one of which was vaping on the patio where people eat. The only competent worker was Xavier who helped us out at the end of waiting for our "fast food" for 30 min.

I love that I can stay in my car and order and also pay at the machine. I ordered the BLT on Texas Toast meal without tomato and added American cheese. My order came out just right, as always. It's my favorite item on the menu. Their shakes are the best, but I skipped one this time!

Second night in a row that I've had problems with ordering. Last night the order was correct at the menu but I had to tell the person at the window my order 3 times. Tonight, after placing order at the menu I waited a few minutes for the worker to respond, they never responded, and I went to the Manchester location. Please do better, Wynnton.
