We were towing a camper and pulled in for lunch. Because of a staffing shortage, the dining room was closed. The staff saw what was happening and setup an outside table for us. Everyone was so helpful and the manager, Stephen, came out to check on us a few times. Best service in a long time!

Customer service is always great. They get your food to you in a very timely manner. The food is really good but a little pricey. I would definitely recommend this place.

They have work to do to get to Chick-fil-A standard of service. This particular location is consistent in disappointing me. They consistently don't give any sauce and consistently take too long. Today, my fries must have come from the scraps that were leftover; it consisted of mostly small little really brown pieces, with extra salt. My wife's was the same. I have pictures, but I don't see how to upload them yet. The lettuce was old as well. We were both disappointed again with this location, again.🤔
Update...25 August my colleagues suggested a Chick-fil-A run for lunch and I joined in and boy was I disappointed...again! This is far below Chick-fil-A standard, folks!
The Manchester Expressway location needs work!

I was experiencing a very stressful morning, I went to the Manchester location and I was greeted by Alejandro!! What an amazing employee!! So respectful, cheerful and positive. He just makes me want to stop by for breakfast daily to receive his positivity . The world needs more workers like Alejandro. He's going places!!

1st time I have ever been disappointed. I didn't like the cloud berry flavor.
They did not offer to replace it while still at the pick up window waiting for my order. They need more adjectives when describing this flavor. Not sure how I feel about this location. Wynnton rd would have fixed it.

This Chick-fil-A doesn't quite understand how mobile orders work, sat in their "mobile order drive thru area" for 10 mins this morning while they served every guest that was in the drive thru line before walking out to deliver my food. No point in having mobile ordering if there isn't a prioritization of you getting your food before they serve an entire drive thru line.

Chick Fila is always on point! The best fast food restaurant by far. Had a lil birthday dinner for my 6 year old there last night and it was great!
