Long John Silver's

Went to LJS as I had a craving for fish. I should've gone elsewhere. Not only did it take FOREVER to make my food, the staff in the back spent most their time on their phones or talking to each other. When I FINALLY got my food, which was a 2 piece fish and an order of onion rings (Plus a couple fried dough balls as compensation for the wait), the only good thing were the dough balls. The onion rings tasted awful, severely over seasoned and dry. The fish- Now, I understand this fish is processed and shaped to look like fillets. I get it. But one of the fillets had a HUGE breading "cancer" on it, and both fillets tasted like nothing but pepper. Felt like I was getting pepper sprayed in my mouth. I'd go elsewhere. Not worth the wait or the stomach ache afterwards.

OMG this food has the most breading I have ever seen in my life. You can even enjoy the chicken or the fish because the bread makes up half and its very greasy. The hushpuppies are not that great and the shrimp is also loaded with breading .. I wanted to throw up after eating this food never again I will stick with Captain D's.

If i could have rated lower, i would have. Horrible customer service, slow service and i wonder do the individuals want to be there. You ask do want condiments then they dont make it in the bag. What i ordered wasnt in the bag. And i had to ask for my receipt(pet peeve). But after having to go in to ask for the items, YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE. Hope this review reaches a GM OR manager that cares about this business.
