Burger King

Not going to say it was my worst experience but I definitely wasn't happy. So I go inside and place my order because I couldn't thru the app. 3 folks ahead of me and Abt 4 behind. As I'm waiting on my food the people behind me has got their food and gone. Walk up to the counter and advise the girl that my number wasn't called. She was like I don't see it order on my screen. So I was like it's obvious u bump it off(I have years of experience working for burger king) she replied I did no such thing. So instead of her recalling my order on the bump bar she was like u got it receipt. So as I'm looking she finally recalls my order but she proceed to continue bagging another number that pop on screen. She bags it and hand it to me no napkins, no asking if I need any ketchup anything. So when I get home 2 mins my food is of course not hot I only had 2 sandwich. The the sandwich is not a mess see picture. The bun don't even cover the meat. I know this is not how burger suppose to treat their customers and I know that's not how they train their employee mayb she was overwhelmed but I was not happy

One of the cleanest, friendliest and well managed locations. Everything was absolutely perfect all around. Thank you for a wonderful fast food experience and service to be envied by any other fas food restaurants. To the General Management please tell corporate this, the entire staff, you included, make this Burger King amazing.

The cashier behaved as if she was doing us a favor by taking our order and rushed us through ordering. She actually said you need to hurry up and order and I literally had only been looking at the screen 10 seconds. Had it not been my friend buying breakfast I would have walked out and bought breakfast somewhere else.

Waited too long to get old food. I was just too tired to call/go back and wait again. Just to hear them say I'm sorry you can bring it back....please the price of gas is too high to come back and get in another long line for you to fix the second time what you could have done right the first time. "Unexceptable"
