Just wanted to share the awful food served at the Buena Vista road store this was today's crunch wrap Supreme nothing really Supreme about it tho no meat.. 6 months ago I got a taco that was ice cold the cheese didn't melt and even the juices were still solid that the hard shell was dry on the bottom and thats not normal. DONT EAT HERE aside from.them making you back.jp to trick the drive through timer its all bad management . Eat literally anywhere else on the road . Zaxbys McDonald's BK churches you have options and they are all better then TACO HELL.

Went to the taco bell on buena vista rd around 1am no one would ever take my order. I could see if they were busy but I was the only car in drive through very disheartening being that I serve for fort benning (military). I understand short staff but this was unusual and seems as if the person had left or gone asleep, won’t be back!

I have been multiple times as it's the closest to my house but I can't recommend it to anyone. They never have the ingredients for half of their menu. They're slow and they mess up orders all the time. Out of the 6 times I've gone my order has been correct once and all I got was 1 nacho fries

First time I had a good experience there in a long time. Last time I went through their drive through they me to come inside and order on their new menu app. I couldn't get it work so I left. This time I got my tacos 🌮 and they were delicious!

If it was possible I would give 0 stars. Food was terrible and THE MANAGER made me go back and forth with my car to I guess trick the OTD timing. I've worked at Taco Bell and I know that's what it is. Quesadilla was the worst I've had EVER. Had a burnt chemical taste like the grill wasn't clean, cheese wasn't melted, and it had NO sauce. Won't be coming back.

I would give them a 0 if possible!!! You need to check your bag every time because lots of times something is missing!!! Also, why do you need to pull back after you have paid? Just to top everything off!!! I went yesterday and they gave me some expired coupon for a free taco?!?! For some odd reason they said they can't take any orders!!

Customer service was excellent, but the food unfortunately was not. Rice was mushy, the beans looked like an ice cream scoop, supreme tacos didn’t have sour cream, cheese, or tomatoes. Very disappointed in food quality.

The girl at the window last night was rude and when I asked if they had spoons, any type of utensils she just shook her head no real fast she didn't even look! The quesadilla was burnt and it smelled burnt too!
