Yesterday we went to pick up a cake order for my sons birthday that we placed online the day before. They had no cake and one employee did not seem to care to help until another stepped in and started placing calls to the manager to help us. The manager came in and was so nice and helpful! He went above and beyond to make it right!! Mistakes happen everyday and i know that. It was the managers eagerness to go way beyond to make it up to us that really saved the day. They will definitely have my business here on out.

i get the same chocolate milkshake everytime and it’s like it’s made differently. this staff obviously doesn’t know what they’re doing. absolutely ridiculous

Macon road location. My husband and I came here at 1:40pm on Aug 9th Sunday. We walked in seen a total of 7 employees, no one spoke , no one offered any service and 3 employees were sitting down. If I could give 0 stars I would. We stood for 10 minutes still no one spoke so we walked out. Horrible, awful, unprofessional customer service. Such a disappointment...

Be careful while getting there stuff on doordash. Even if you wanted the ice cream you want, they will substitute with another flavor that is similar without asking what you want.
Also another thing I ordered 2 quartz of ice creams and they didnt tell me what flavor they don't have. They will make you pay the whole 18 for it but when the dasher tells you its $10 even, they wont refund you the money you paid for it previously and still pay for the extra $10. So once again, be careful with this baskin robbins.

The staff seem to know what they are doing, but for a regular some things just aren't right. As a regular, I tend to ask for my coffee the same way every time but they make it another way. It's just some subtle differences that are noticed. I honestly think it's a management issue with lack of training to make it seamless across locations.

First visit: the customer service was horrible and they didn't have brownies. The cashier and backroom guy kept playing around and talking over us while we ordered. Rude customer service. We also noticed them being rude when I turned my back to look at the menu
Second visit: female cashier was kind but the fudge brownie and ice cream did not taste as good at all as the other Baskin Robins we go to. Plus they forgot part of our order so we had to go back and remind them

told them what cake I wanted for my wife since today was her birthday... told them I wanted a decent sized snickers ice cream cake that was white.... they gave me a pink small ass cake big enough for 2 people maybe... the girl behind the counter started asking which one our cake was (it wasn't any of them) like it was my job to know. THE MANAGER STARTED TRYING TO BLAME IT ON ME as if I asked for it to be a pink chocolate chip ice cream cake small enough for 2..... when I clearly told him I wanted the white with snickers enough for 8. Can't get one done in time so no birthday cake for her.... I'll never forget that.
