Pizza Hut

I had obviously placed my order at 11:44 as shown below. Well the only problem is, I didn't receive my order until 3:00pm! I called after an hour and was immediately transferred to the "manager " who said that the driver was running a bit late. I understand if you're running 👌bit late but after 2+ hours you mean to tell me it takes that long to deliver to a place that's 10 min away!? Really? By the time I got my pizza, it was cold and burnt to a crisp and the garlic knots were like advertised but with a a surprised twist! You couldn't bite into them without chipping your teeth. Highly recommend saving your money and investing it elsewhere.

I went there for a free pizza thanks to an incident with one of the delivery drivers... starting with the restaurant that STINKS, they dont have fountain (unlimited) drinks, they do got Pepsy products 20oz and 2 ltr, and they where EXPIRED, (they blame it on the Pepsy driver/deliver), the pizza was not that good as you can see on the pic (it was gummy), the baking tray needs cleaning, just water wont do the trick, the sauce for the cheese sticks was fridge cold... i gave them 3 stars because the service was fast and not bad at all, however the pizza was free (cupon) and the drinks where deleted from the ticket when we mention they where a week expired.. i know its the "southside" but they could do better if they wanna keep on carring that name!

I ordered my pizza at 2:00 pm and it’s now 3:45. Still haven’t received pizza. I called the store back to see what the deal is with my pizza, as they said it would take 20-30 minutes. The person who answered gave me attitude and told me that the driver had orders that were placed before mine. Understandable, but I live right behind the store. I’m asking for a refund.

My family ordered pizza online and wanted to get it delivered. We sat 2 hours and then called about our pizza not being here and they said it's on the way, with an attitude. 30 minutes later we called again just for them to tell us they don't deliver here anymore. When we called the first time they could have told us that they don't deliver over here anymore after we already had to sit for 2 freaking hours. Ridiculous.

If I could give this location a negative 100 stars I would. I placed my order online, then I got a call from Pizza Hut to verify my order and it was wrong. So I told the guy the correct order then he said ok and we disconnected. Moments later Pizza Hut (a different guy) called me again this time to tell me they had already made my pizza and they wasn’t going to remake it correctly. So my next question was so why have the first guy call me to verify my order. Then the guy became rude so I asked for a manager then Jovan Mikell got on the telephone. I do not know who made the decision to have her manger your business Pizza Hut. She wouldn’t listen to my problem so she could fix it, instead she also said it’s already made. I went to the location (nobody greeted me or asked to help me) to get her regional or general manager contact information and she looked in her personal cell phone and deliberately gave me a wrong telephone number. What kind of business doesn’t have the regional or general contact information posted for this very reason (getting an incorrect telephone number) from your manager Pizza Hut. I would NEVER go back to this location again and it’s sad because they’re closer to my home. It’s too many restaurants around to be putting up with rude, unhelpful, deceitful workers who clearly don’t care about their job or the paying customers. I called Pizza Hut corporate office to explain all of this and unfortunately this store location won’t see any improvements. The whole staff need customer service training and new management.

This is the absolute worst Pizza Hut I've ever been too. Every time I've had it delivered it takes well over an hour and the pizza is always freezing and awful and the past three times I've ordered a hand tossed pizza it has been so extremely flat it's not even funny and the taste has been God awful. Our "fresh out of the oven" breadsticks have been cold and hard every time and the customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced. I would not recommend this Pizza Hut to anybody ever. They need all new employees with a better more friendly appearance and a better attitude and a hell of a lot quicker staff.
