It took almost 2 hrs for me to receive my order. After calling the restaurant an 1:20 minutes into waiting for the delivery driver, they lied to me saying that he was outside. After going outside and waiting an additional 15 minutes, no one showed. My food was delivered just about 2 hrs after I placed my order and it was cold and soggy (to add to that they didn’t provide any utensils; I am not at home, so what am I supposed to use my hands?) I called back asking at least for a discount for the wait and I had told them about the quality of the food and the owner refused to give me a discount or a refund. I wasn’t planning on writing a review, but I thought that the owner was very unprofessional and careless! I will never order from this restaurant again.

For the most part, they're ok. Fast service. Nice people. There was an issue with the website, however. One of the options was chicken fried rice with the chef special. So that's what I selected. It was in my order. I assumed that's what we'd get. I would have paid the extra $2, but the order said "free." Update the website. Also, if a 6" burger sub is just a burger, SAY THAT! If a customer asks for no condiments, don't put condiments on it. It's fine. I'm leaving anyway. Just wanted take away one more time, because I'm exhausted. Thank you for the otherwise good food and decent service.

Ordered dinner over the phone on a weekday night, was promised 45 minutes to 1 hour delivery. After 1.5 hours wait time food was delivered. Dinner was room temperature. Taste was repulsive and toxic as if one used kerosene in the open to prepare a meal. I called and requested a refund only to be transferred to a "manager" who first said that she was not in charge and then attempted to bully me before hanging up. Not all the ordered items from the menu were bad, some were disgusting. If I were to rate this place a zero I would.

I just ordered today for delivery. Came in about 40minutes. I got a pretty big order. I had sweet and sour pork, orange chicken, vegetable lo mein, crab Rangoon, fried wanton, and Chinese donuts. Everything tasted pretty good to me. My favorites were the Chinese donuts, orange chicken, and fried wantons. Everything else was decent especially for the price and how much you get. Will definitely order again. :)

If I could give no stars I would. The Lomein and fried rice was bland. The terriyaky chicken was burnt, salty and dry. I called the restaurant to ask for my refund and I was more than happy to give the food back. They said no, they blamed me for ordering online and having to put into the computer for it being wrong. I explained I had never had an issue before and this was the first time I had complained. They wanted me to bring the food to them and they would remake the food. I did not want that, I wanted a refund. The food was that bad. I will not be ordering from them anymore.

I called them today 6/1/18 at 1:55pm for a delivery they didn’t deliver the food until 3:35pm and I only ordered 1 meal of sesame chicken and 1 order of General tso chicken. I called them 3x and they said “oh he’s close only a few minutes away he only has 3 deliveries” every time. This is a small town there’s no way it takes 2 hours to receive your food!!!! & it wasn’t even good & and the place was only 2.1 miles away. The only reason I didn’t drive was because I didn’t have access to my car. Non the less this was the worst experience I’ve ever had from a restaurant. Don’t bother going here the food isn’t even that great. I should’ve walked, Ive never written a review in my life I hope this helps someone avoid this place. Or maybe they should fire their delivery driver.
