Just wanted to let the owner(s) of this location know they have a great crew of workers at that location. My husband and I were in Columbus for a flag football tournament on June 10th, we stayed the night at the Best Western across the street. When we walked in we were greeted by the staff. Everyone was extremely polite and courteous. The food was good and hot. We are 65 years old and have never had such pleasant experience with fast food. Thank your employees for a job well done.

Friday night my wife and I were exhausted and reluctantly settled for late night fast food! Our gamble paid off as the young man that was working the window made sure our fries were fresh and hot and our order was perfect! He made us park and came out to deliver our order! It was a breathe of fresh air to see a young fast food worker to go the extra mile to provide great service! Please keep encouraging this young man to continue excellent service!

I am a vegetarian and my wife is a omnivore. We can finally share a meal due to the impossible burger now being available. We had a coupon for the impossible burger taste test so we each got what we wanted at a good discount. The burgers and the fries were both excellent and the service was fast and polite.
