I ordered a salad with no tomatoes. I get all the way home and realize there is no cheese, cucumbers etc. Literally just lettuce and chicken. I tried calling but, no one will answer. I’m 30 min away. 😔
Update 6/15/22: The manager Brian called and apologized about the poor quality of food I received. He told me that my meal would be replaced at no cost, whenever I came back. His call meant a lot because most managers aren't calling the customer personally about a complaint.

I hate coming to this location! The drive thru takes 30 mins just to order. We’ve lived in Columbus for a year and every time it’s like this. I’ve called and spoke with manager and she says it’s because they are short staffed. Then hire more people!
