Mcdonald's

WOW! I don't know if it is because I went to Mickey D's at 7:30 am Sunday morning and it was kind of slow but the employees in there were so nice and helpful and friendly. They help me utilize the app so I can get my reward points. Also the quality of the food service as you see in the pic was outstanding! If you talk about hot food fast fresh and tasty you need to go to this Mickey D's. I will check back later to see if I receive the same service that I received today when it is a little more busy. Outstanding food and outstanding food service great jobs to the managers and the employees...

The girl in the back that took the order didn't take our order at the box I don't know if something was wrong with the headset but I had to drive around then she made a comment thinking that I didn't hear her saying that we were going to wait because I didn't talk to her at the box. When she finally start taking the order she was just standing there staring at us instead of talking and yes she had on a mask but she was had her hand on her head leaning like she had a headache and was ready to go no customer service experience at all just flat out rude and did not need to be there we were visiting from out of town and this is the service that we got she was talking to somebody in the back and then would turn her head to us and be whispering and we'll just be looking until I would say are you talking to me it was that bad horrible then she asked the question I told her I'm getting three Happy meals two of them was six piece and the other one was a hamburger she asked what drink goes with what and what size go and what and I said does that matter when it's all going to the same place she just needed to drink and I told her whatever size comes with the drink I thought it was a specific size that came with the Happy meal but I told her small since she didn't know and she wanted me again to name what drink was going with which Happy meal which didn't make any sense to me at all it was a bunch of young teenagers working they need adults in there to make things flow the right way and not teenagers with attitude problems and no customer service experience!
