I like the food and desserts but it’s the bad attitude and unprofessional behavior at front Counter that ruins it for us. To spend $30-50 every time we go 2-3 times a week and still get treated poorly is a slap in the face. And don’t try to place a togo order, yes I can pay with a card but why is your attitude so terrible and cavalier-she must be the owner the way she acts although I highly doubt it. If you don’t like your job QUIT and go do something outside of “customer service” I won’t try again after today. You lost several customers please train this girl to do better. TY

The food here is very, very tasty. The prices shown on their Google menu are certainly outdated, and I sadly didn't get an updated photo. (Rib platter is now $13) The food is most certainly messy! Pretty sure the sauce is NOT keto, so beware when they ask if you want sauce.
Why -2 stars? Customer service. I have difficulty hearing, and understanding folks. Fast mumbling by the young lady ringing me up cost me more than I was intending to pay as I thought the sides (that I didn't want) were included. I couldn't understand what was included in the meal after asking three times, and mentioning that I was having difficulty hearing her (didn't help they had music blaring in their dining area,) and leaning in with my hand cupped around my ear. Her growing frustration with me was obvious, and her willingness to speak clearer or louder was not happening. I just said collards, and Mac after trying to order cole slaw, and being told no, followed by fast mumbling of other side options of which I couldn't understand. I got my receipt, and then saw I paid an extra dollar for each of the two sides that I didn't actually want (but ordered out of my own confusion,) in addition to the meal price.
All in all, I ate the food, and it was very good, but the enjoyment of it was lessened by being treated like I was a difficult and inconvenient customer. Good food? Yes. However, I would warn that it won't necessarily be a great experience.

Prices are ridiculous, food is nasty and served cold. Staff has no professionalism about thier selves. Inside is dirty and dark. Random strangers walk in an out the cooking area. They are by far the worst BBQ in Columbus.

Mac & cheese nasty and way tooo soft and not seasoned good , baked beans had no flavor was soggy and the meat that was in it was not it , I told them no slaw and they still added it 😒 & the ribs was good it feel off the bone well

I have found the BEST RIBS IN COLUMBUS!!! I love the ribs, the atmosphere, the prices!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE. Very nice girls working the front. The music was nice too. The pork sandwich was GOOD. The season on the ribs...... DELICIOUS!!!! The sauce..... DELICIOUS!!!! The red velvet cake...... DELICIOUS!!!! The ribs.......TENDER!!!
