5/29/22 @ 5:15pm - Zero, and I mean, zero F’s given. Again. This is not an isolated incident. I’m only leaving a review because this is a pattern that someone should take note of eventually.
Dairy Queen is a fond childhood memory for me, but not like this. No one likes ice cream all over the sides of their blizzard such that it runs down onto their vehicle’s console. No one likes sticky hands (from grabbing the blizzard) all over their steering wheel. No one likes their order thrown in the bag (upside down fries somehow).
It was clear by the look on the woman’s face in the drive thru window that she didn’t want to be there and did not want to serve customers. And the workers behind her didn’t seem too happy either.
Perhaps the day wasn’t going well. That happens and is understandable. But please don’t take it out on your customers.
[And “DQ Fan Relations Team” - please don’t reply to this with a similar almost-copy/paste response like many of your others hoping that I can “give it another chance”. It just makes you appear even less caring. A personal, well thought out reply can be fine, but a machine-like 10-second reply simply because “that’s your process” so you can say “you checked the box” is worse than no reply at all. And honestly, this doesn’t warrant a reply with your words anyway. Instead, reply with your consistent actions in fixing this location. That’s how you can let your customers know you truly care.]

First off , the service was great. The two stars are for the customer service. Customers come in with attitudes not realizing that this place is full of high schoolers, you have to be patient with these kids, you all are just disrespectful which makes them disrespectful towards you. I’m a regular at this location & the Only problem I had was with management, there’s an old white lady who works there that is so sweet, but the manager I believe her name was Carla, yelled at this lady and was so mean and rude to her. She’s so rude to all of her employees and does nothing but make sloppy blizzards. Managers should know how to do things better than the employees, but the employees do it better than her. She needs to be demoted.

Pulled up at 8:30 on February 1st, only two cars in the drive-thru at the time I placed my order. When I got to the window I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my chicken tender basket and small cheese curds. The cheese curds were hot but the tender basket was stone cold. I don't mind waiting but to wait that long for cold food is unacceptable. I did see the employees were more concerned about closing and cleaning than helping customers.

We went to get my husband a ice cream cake for his birthday. Inside was not open so the cashier told us what they had and we picked one. I would have preferred to look at it first.

Food was great and was greeted when entering and leaving the restaurant. Clean restaurant improved menu with more selection of burgers.

It was just ok. Fries were NOT hot. Burger a tad over cooked & dry. I ONLY stopped for lunch because I had a taste for a strawberry sundae. It was ok ☹️. Not enough strawberry topping. Very nice and clean place. I would stop by again if ever in the area and craving a sundae. Your boy The RIBOLOGIST IS OUT ✌🏾

This place is terrible! My family is here from out of town. Lastnight we went for dinner. Most items were sold out. What we did get was disgusting! Cold!
Tonight I went, placed my order for 3 blizzards was told to hang on and when they finally came back to the speaker told me they were closed! AFTER I ORDERED!
I understand that employees are difficult to come by but sheesh maybe we could train a little better.

Not a good experience today. I have to wait 15 min at the drive thru. I order a cheese burger combo in the app. This is what i get...mustard burger. Worst burger in my life, not again.
