If I could give this establishment a negative 5 star rating, I would. They never delivered the pizza that we ordered, apparently delivered it to the wrong hotel, hung up on me, told me they could maybe get me a replacement pizza at 10 p.m. (we ordered before 8 p.m.), and when I finally canceled my order they told me they would not refund my credit card and that if I wanted a refund I would have to drive to their location. I would not recommend trying to get a pizza from them (we were never successful), and they are not interested in customer satisfaction whatsoever.

When I open the box & chilly was half eaten. Called the manager was giving excuses. I don’t bother anyone & ignore this issue but won’t order from this outlet. Didn’t feel to eat. Bad experience.

Just like the last time we ordered from here it was half cooked and drowned in pizza sauce. They did not even offer to make it right because they had to close at 1026 when they advertise closing at 1130. So not only was the pizza wrong and under cooked but it messed up a planned evening and dinner was a bust . Very unhappy.

I selected this location to order carryout and even confirmed the location through the website. The site changed my location and no, I didn't double check, and when I attempted to pickup my food, I realized the location had been changed. I asked if they could help somehow by changing the location back to this store and make the food. The lady said "No we can't" and walked away. I was beyond irate so I left. I drove to the other location and the lady there tried giving me 2 out of 4 boxes!!! When I asked for the other 2 pizzas that I paid for, she looked at me like I did something wrong! It says in the tag, 1 of 4 and 3 of 4!!!! The boxes were even stacked on top of each other!!!! When she hands me the last 2 boxes, she doesn't even apologize, doesn't say nothing. I had to say THANK YOU!!!! GO TO DOMINOS OR CICI PIZZA, ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!!

This is one of the older locations but it's nice I just didn't like how some of the employees were just standing outside the front door. It doesn't help especially because of its location

I called the order in he informed me that it would be a $5 delivery fee but why when that does not include the tip so where is the money going to the company they did not deliver.

Good food and decent price for a quick delivery,of course weekend can take a few minutes longer than usual only thing is the robo chick answering the phone is just same mall talk that just eerk the hell out of my somedays tone it just speech pattern is just like talking to a perfectly correct lady of Asian descent just makes me wanna hang up towards the end of ordering.....so would be a 5 star if wasn't for the order experience....
