Waffle House

I'll commend this particular location on the highest quality service I've experienced from a Waffle House team in a long time! They worked together exceptionally well which resulted in smooth and efficient service for the customer. They were all very pleasant and friendly and attentive! I give 4 stars here because despite the compliments above my order was slightly incorrect and that's really never the case at Waffle House, in my experience. Also, every time I've been to this particular location there are solo individuals taking up entire booths, forcing larger groups to sit at the bar areas and it would be much better if Waffle House could really direct single seaters to the bar seats so that groups could enjoy the limited booth seating.

I've been to Waffle Houses across the south but this location is absolutely the BEST! It's clear the culture at this location is different than others. The manager Michael KNOWS how to build a quality environment! Every single employee is pleasant, courteous, kind, and it's clear they each know thier position! This location is AMAZING. Well done Michael and team!

In A Nutshell: -Waffle House is a large chain of breakfast-focused diners mostly spread in the southeast to Texas. -This location is just like many of the other locations in the building schematics, restaurant operations & food menu. -Waffle House has a tried & true formula that works from the low costs, friendly service, open kitchen & good food. -I usually get the, "All-Star Special" which consists of two eggs, two sausage patties, toast, grits & a waffle. -I also like to add a side of their famous hashbrowns & get them smothered (sauteed onions) & chunked (hickory smoked ham), you can also get them covered (melted cheese). -I like to down it all w/ a cup of Waffle House coffee. Overall, for about $10 you can't beat a fulfilling breakfast like this. I'll continue being a lifetime customer.

The lady preparing the food was on her phone with the little aqua color ear piece in chatting away on her phone and no mask on. I mentioned it to the waitress and she said something to her........I hate to accuse someone wrongfully but I'm almost positive she said "she'll be alright and kept on talking and working." My money, my stomach, my health. I was VERY hungry but not for COVID or juicy spit food. I walked out! Even though it's not mandatory to wear a mask but help us to help you to keep each other safe that's just an outright selfish inconsiderate act.
