Burger King

it's a Thursday early evening, about 6:30. there is a line of about 6 people and another 3 or 4 waiting for their order. Fine. the cashier mentioned that there was only one person 'on the board' so they couldn't ring us up, they had to go help with that. Still fine. The people in front of me were elderly and one had a walker. We all waited and waited while The cashier and another employee called out names, filled french fries, etc. All still fine. then the two employees began talking to another customer for a good two or three minutes. nobody came to ring us up and nobody was calling out any other orders, they were just dealing with that one customer. one of the elderly Women in front of me said hey is there a way I can get some help. And the employee said and I quote: "your food still gonna take forever so what's it matter if you have to wait to place your order." In a very smarmy irritated tone. it wasn't what she said so much as just the way she said it, like she was annoyed that anybody even talked to her. honestly she had such an attitude I have to say she was a b****. I didnt see a name tag but she had red and blue nail polish on alternating fingers. those people, they had been standing there much longer than me and if the employee was paying attention she would have seen the one with the walker was having a hard time. i work retail and these are tough times but that could've been handled quite differently. I will never go to this BK again, there are plenty more BK's around here with much better customer service.

This isn’t the first experience I’ve had with this BK service, but it was so terrible this time around my 10yo had an input. Anyways the lady over the intercom was dry and lack simple skills to perform her job like greetings and communication the lady at the window just throws my food out the window and walks away. As if she was working hard cause if she was she would of packed the sauces in the bag. I had to yell for it and she didn’t bother to assist another employee did.

I must say I rarely eat fast food but wanted to try the new chicken sandwich. First time in Columbus GA and we stopped here. This is the best looking Burger King we have EVER come across on our travels. The staff were very friendly great customer service. As for the chicken sandwich, ehhhh, I could've done without eating it. Wasn't the best to me. But hey some people like it. Not for my taste buds or my stomach.

Anytime after 11 o’clock at night they say that their “systems are down” and they don’t take any more orders, even though they’re open till 12:00am or 12:30am absolutely useless. If you need to close early then just close don’t stay open and turn everyone away because you don’t want to work anymore. This is the sixth time I have been out here after 11pm and have been told the same story.

Such an amazing Burger King , has a train station theme and that really make the difference. Food average Burger King food , but what really make the difference is the playground OMG! It’s so good pretty big with nice chairs around and super clean also has some screens for the kids to play with. Bathroom are so clean. I highly recommend if you have kids, we are definitely coming back .
