Love it! Last time I ordered a pick up order. It was available pickup at time mention on app. The pizza is also great quality. Good get your pizza from Papa John's on Buena Vista road!

Just did an order online. The Shaq Pizza. The pizza took longer then expected due too one driver. The pizza was cold. Called and spoke with Manager name Lynn. He asked me to bring the pizza back or wait another hour for a replacement. If that's the case I would have chosen pickup instead. Advised
Order took over two hours to be delivered and when it was the entire order was cold with no apology. I can understand being backed up and busy but not delivering hot or edible food is no excuse. Clearly it been sitting for some time out and rushed being made. Why not make it til you could deliver it
