Pat-a-cakes Bakery

Very very disappointed. I ordered a Key Lime cake for my Mother's 70th Surprise Birthday Party however I was surprised when she cut it and the cake was yellow ... paid extra for a Key Lime Cake $103 could have went to Publix where their bakers pay attention to the order..should have known to turn around when they don't offer samples ..cake was dry decorations were minimal..I will never use them again .and no I don't recommend them unless you want to be disappointed!

Picture perfect! I sent a picture of the cake and cupcakes that I wanted for my daughters sweet 16. They came out exactly like the picture! Everyone at the party talked about how beautiful the cake was. On top of that, the cake and cupcakes were super moist. Sweet but not too sweet, just perfect really. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future!

I was down to the wire on having a cake made for my friend 50th birthday party theme denim and 💎. People were backing out or just not responding back I found Pat a cake on Google and all I can say it was my best decision. I picked this cake up Friday evening 2pm traveled from Columbus to Alpharetta Ga cake made it to final destination at 10pm refrigeratored and then put out on Saturday at 6pm and when I say they loved it! This cake was still moist and delicious and when I said strawberry/vanilla flavor cake under icing it was done 5 stars is not enough 10+ for me!

They were so patient with us on ordering our daughters birthday cake with all of of the questions we had. We picked the cake up today and it was beautiful and looked just like the picture we had sent to them. As far as the taste of the cake I think this was probably the best cake we have ever had. The cake was so moist and the buttercream was not too sweet. We will for sure be ordering our cakes from here from this point forward.

I reached out via message the same place that I placed my order that was a rush job . I order 24 cupcakes that wasn’t ready when I got to the location. The worker or owner asked how could she help when I told her I was there to pick up the 24 cupcakes that I order a week or two earlier. She replied” omg I totally forgot give me a moment. She went to back grabbed a a large pan of cupcakes walk to the other size and placed icing on them . No big deal it’s fine my daughter wanted the cupcakes for her small birthday party so ill waited. About 10 mins later she’s comes back out showed them to me which I’m like ok maybe she put icing at the bottom like ALL THE OTHER BAKERY’s I SHOPPED WITH. No she didn’t neither did she tell me how to transport them like she the guest ahead of me. Still I placed them on the floor of my car bc hey she put icing or something at the bottom so they won’t move bc she placed them in a huge cake box . Long story short my I wasted $75 on cupcakes that were touching and didn’t make it to the party . My cupcakes was packaged wrong no cupcake holders nothing . I’m very disappointed bc they fell to respond or take ownership. I spoken with three other bakery’s that stated the cupcakes should have never been placed in a CAKE BOX if it wasn’t a cupcake cake which it wasn’t. Also the Icing started running from the cupcakes. I reached out to the bakery on SATURDAY today is Wednesday with no answers.
