Burger King

I love Burgers King. I always use coupons or their app. Great food and service. The Burger King in this picture is called the train station Burger King because it has an Android train behind plexiglass for the kids to look at. It has a plate inside playground. And it's near Peachtree Mall in Columbus GA.

This location has not been salting their fries for quite awhile. So tonight I asked specifically for salted fries (and it was printed on the ticket) but not a grain on them. My husband called and spoke with a manager. The CEO of Burger King is a friend of ours so my husband asked if the manager knew who he was. He was told there wasn’t a whole lot that the CEO could do about them salting their fries. Think the CEO might find that interesting! (So much for their slogan “Have it Your Way”. I am sure they won’t miss our little bit of business but don’t think I won’t mention it to anyone I know. I can appreciate it if they had salted and unsalted fries. I would be ok even if I had to state salted fries each time (shouldn’t have to for fries but any way). But to have a manager tell us that the CEO could do very little about them salting their fries was a little much. I guess we are done with them. (We have asked them about it at least 4 or more times previously too.)

I have been ordering something that isn't on the menu but all the burger king with the exception of one certain shift at burger king by the mall, every burger king will make it and it freaking rocks! It's a wild cherry slushy and vanilla ice cream mixed together float..thank u all burger king employees who let me have it my way!

This particular location has stepped up their game ever since they remodeled the entire building. It is a great place to take your kids to enjoy the outdoors. You can even eat outside while they run around and be kids. The staff is super friendly and they keep this place extremely clean. I like the modern style now and the seats are really comfortable. I enjoy seating where they have a couple of nice cushion chairs in front of a big screen tv. The food is also fresh, hot and delicious. So when I go to Burger king, I come to this one if I have a choice.

We enjoy this Burger King. If there's a lot of people the service can be a little slow but the seating areas are ample, the restrooms have always been clean, and the staff friendly. I have not had any issues with the food either. The outdoor play area is the best. It is huge and clean. Our kids would stay here all day and play. Overall, the only recommendations would be to fix the kids computer games and to have water at the drink station.
