Marcos slogan is "The Italian way" yeah if the Italian way is to hire rude employees that make cr@p pizza. This location used to be good but their recent choices in employment had not only diminished the quality of their food but also the quality of their customer service.

First off all the workers in this establishment has a rude attitude but most people in this city are rude so that’s to be expected, the restaurant was fairly clean and the pizza it’s self was so so. The topping of the pizza was the best part what made this pizza weird was that the dough is very hard to chew through and tough compared to other pizza places. If you don’t mine the rude staff and have to work to eat your pizza this place is for you as it’s fairly inexpensive.

If I could give zero stars to this unprofessional franchise I would! The screw over my order EVERY FREAKING TIME! (I tip well, might I add). The pizza is either undercooked, cold, missing toppings, or the wrong order ALTOGETHER!! I never received my last refund. I’m filing a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION!!

I arrived here at 11:10 AM for an order through a delivery company. They stated to me that they do not open for 17 minutes. The door says 11AM what in the world? I thought people came to work early to prepare for the day

I used to love Marcos pizza...but it is terrible now...I would rather have little Caesars...at the price you pay at Marcos it's just not worth it.... My wife and daughter never liked it....I was the only one... sorry but you lost a customer...I will never go back again

If I could give a negative star I would, this establishment is the absolute worse. I ordered a online carry out option and once I arrived I notified the app, it told me to wait. With the benefit of doubt I waited cause I can see the store was busy. However once I get inside the store, the person at the register tells me the order hasn't even been made it yet. I didn't pay already I would've left but I think understaffing is an issue and and lack of communication for all online orders is completely horrible. I have posted the pic I have recieved from them...I'm almost scared to eat it. It's not like I had a bumpy ride driving 5mins home, this is how it was MADE!

First pizzas of the New Year 2022 from my family’s favorite pizza place and we are beyond pleased! Marco’s on University y’all are the absolute BEST!!! Thanks Naz for taking the call…you should get a bonus for being so great!!! And to all the blessed hands that created those delicious mouthwatering pizzas almost too pretty to eat, we thank you. The pizza was great and the service could have been better. I am giving it four stars due to the young man coming from the back asking me "How could he help me?" The young lady working at the counter was on the phone taking an order and did not acknowledge me walking into the store or standing waiting for her to get off the phone. She could have at least given me eye contact.
