Pita Mediterranean Street Food

First time here. Had chicken shawarmax2, chicken gyro, fries. Very disappointed. Fries were cold and lacking with spotty seasoning, chicken had no flavor, ordered a steak shawarma but got two chicken and got charged for a meal and only got the shawarma. Super overpriced for what it is....$35 for this food is definitely not worth it. Customer service also needs alot of help!

This was our 1st visit. The food is a 3....not in a bad way, average. The cleanliness is a 5. We got there time they opened and the cashier (Pam) was fabulous!!! Excellent customer service and food presentation. She was constantly cleaning. She allowed us to sample the different meats to make the best choice. (P.S. the restrooms were also very clean)

The food was delicious. I'm pretty harsh on Mediterranean food and I loved the food. The only reason I give this place 4 stars is price per the amount of food. Although it is delicious, the portions aren't proportionate to the price. I will go back again, just not if I am super hungry or looking for a cheap meal.

Manger Meghan has horrible customer service. I’m not even sure how she was able to obtain a management position. I had a issue with my drink having too much ice in it. I spoke with her about the issue and was told it was nothing she could do. When I ask her to explain how it’s not anything she could do when I paid my money for the drink. As a paying customer I should get what I want if I’m paying for it. She then cut me off to take a phone call in the middle of our conversation. Her exactly words was “I have to take this call” all while putting her cellphone to her ear. I didn’t get a sorry or anything from her. She was very unapologetic. I will not be visiting this establishment again. The customer service I received today was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend recommend this place to anyone. If I could I would give this place zero stars.
