It's been years since I've been to McAlister's. We decided to try it as we wanted some light after a hot day. Pleasant interior, clean and relaxing. Ordered and food came out promptly, everything was fresh and delicious! One of our party got a 1/2 McAlister club and half a regular salad. The salad was huge! Enough to share leftovers 😋. I got the Orange Cranberry Club. It was so good! It's their original club with a yummy orange cranberry sauce instead of honey mustard. I was savoring every bite! Assistant Manager Terrance was awesome and patient with us while we figured out what to order. All the staff we met were kind and courteous. They were out of potatoes, so we didn't get to try the spuds. However, it was about an hour before they closed so not a deal breaker for us. Already making plans to go back!

Love love love this place and I love the staff, the are always Friendly and it's good to be able to go in and converse with people like you've known them forever. Keep up the great work guys! I ordered the lunch duo and it was colossal... I had the Italian and the club salad 🥗 yuuuuum

People nice, and they were patient with my five member family trying to figure out what they wanted. Most of our order was fine; However, we ordered two jalapeno turkey crunch sandwiches. Both of which had only one small slice of avocado on only one half of the sandwich, and only three or four chips on the entire sandwich.

Let me start by saying that I usually have a very good experience with McAlister's. This last order and experience was a huge disappointment. I ordered two Harvest Chicken Salads and a meal for my daughter's two-year-old son for carry out. I was in a hurry to get home so my daughter, who is a nurse, could eat with myself and her son before she had to leave for her night shift. My mistake was not checking the order before I left the store. I get home, so excited about our salads, because I love love the Harvest Chicken Salad, and low and behold there is a garden salad with no chicken salad on top. I was so disappointed as was my daughter. I know people make mistakes. I get that, but I tried to call them to tell them. They were still open. I called at least 15 times. No one ever answered. In fact, after a few calls, they seemed to be purposefully ignoring my calls. I ate my leftover spaghetti from the night before, with a garden salad that. As I said before, I was very disappointed. I must also say that they never have the fruit bowl, when I order it for my grandson. Also, a disappointment.

Pre-cooked? I normally love this place as a quick meal. Tonight not so much. I ordered the club sandwich. This is the bacon that was on my sandwich. I called and told the manager on duty to have her speak with the kitchen. I also told her I didn't want anything it was out of courtesy. She told me it was pre-cooked. Which it may be pre-cooked but way undercooked. Someone could literally get very sick. I told her I just didn't want anyone getting sick. She says "oh well, you know.". Hopefully the store manager will see this and maybe he/she can do something, because Mira didn't seem concerned.

Waited 30 minutes for a cup of chicken tortilla soup and a baked potato with cheese and bacon only. Restaurant was not overly crowded. When my order finally arrived instead of the one baked potato there were 2. One with bacon and one without and both were very cold and no chicken in the chicken tortilla soup. Server appeared confused with no people skills. Would never recommend this place!

Overcharged at the beginning so I inquired. The employee said he would make it a full sandwich to even the price difference. 28 minutes later, cold soup and no ham on a ham and cheese sandwich. Please hire an adult to come supervise these kids

My husband and I are repeat customers to this specific McAllisters. The workers seem a bit confused about how to make the orders. We ordered three to go orders and two of the sandwiches were made incorrectly. All we wanted was to have one of the sandwiches remade; the manager engaged in a dialogue with my husband about how the sandwich was made when it’s the same order he gets every single time, so he knows what he eats. The lack of care likely doesn’t stop with service. I am questioning whether or not this particular crew (Sat morning 3/26) is employing best practices with the care and storage of food. Which brings me to my last comment which I wasn’t going to mention, we did have one instance where we found hair in food but we just threw out that one particular item. Now that we’ve had this second instance we won’t be going back.
