Got the pork plate. The atmosphere and staff are nice enough. Got more of a chain vibe than I really wanted for a BBQ place. My friend got the baked chicken. The sauce was a big help. The meat was kind of bland. The chicken tasted like baked chicken breast and my pork tasted like crock pot pork with a can of coke (it was oddly sweet and nothing else). Sides are fine. It’s a good place for a quick bite, but I don’t really think it’s worth going out of your way for at all. Probably won’t come back cause they don’t have brisket, sausage, or smoke.

Wonderful BBQ for take-out. Got the big dad sandwich and smoked honey garlic wings. Sandwich was just pulled pork bbq sandwiched in toast, and it was basic but great. Wish it had more sauce to it, but the bread had a great crust and texture that made the sandwich amazing. The smoked wings were a bit small, but the smokey flavor came out very well. I wish the wings were bigger, but the flavor was still immaculate. Wish to return for more!

Really good! Ate here twice! Love the pull pork and the quick & great customer service! Unfortunately I won’t be eating here again because the last time I ate here my stomach was hurting extremely bad and the app wasn’t working to allow me to get my free sandwich so I had to payfor it and all the manager told me was to come back and he’ll give me a free one next time. Otherwise good food, would still recommend; just don’t think I’ll be eating here again due to those reasons.

We love Shane's. Love the ribs! Peach cobbler🙀🙀 sooo good. I ordered a pan Mother's Day evening never thinking it would be as big as it was. Catering size. They could easily charge $10 more than they do for that huge pan Great food!!!!!!!

The tables and chairs were sticky. I switched tables three times and all three were sticky. My can of soda got stuck and a audible rip happened when I moved it. Chicken strips were good. Pork was too sweet.

Wow what a treat! I ordered the Shaniac burger with onion rings, and homemade peach cobbler! I must say that I’m getting slightly getting addicted to Shanes Rib Shack lol! This is my first time having a burger with a beef patty, cole slaw, and pork as well as other delicious condiments. It’s the perfect mixture! Definitely recommend!

Really delicious, both my boyfriend and I got the "Two Meat Platter", with macaroni and cheese, baked beans, and fried okra as sides, fried wings, ribs, and bbq pork as our meats. I have no complaints about anything. Also got half peach tea/ half lemonade as my drink and it was great!

Shane's Rib Shack is surely the best wedding caterer ever if you are looking for delicious food and superior service! Our daughter's wedding was Saturday and our menu was chopped pork, chicken tenders, baked beans, mac and cheese, and Brunswick stew. All perfectly cooked and so yummy. Everyone has commented on the quality of the meal and I watched a lot of happy diners as they sat down with their plates from the buffet line.
The presentation of the meal was elegant with the items served from chafing dishes by a super friendly staff. After all guests had been served and come back for seconds the crew packed up all their equipment, packaged the leftovers for us to take home, cleaned up, and were on their way. What a fabulous procedure and what a help to us as the hosts of the reception.
We must give special thanks and recognition to Patrick Harris, Catering Manager, for helping us with the planning of this event. His friendly personality and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with our choices was a major factor in our choice of Shane's as our caterer. We felt confident that all would be well because he kept telling us that it would be. And, Patrick, you were so right. The meal, the service, the staff, and the presentation were all we could have asked for. You take pride in all of the above and it is well deserved.
Thank you for your part in making our daughter's wedding THE EVENT of the season. We will never forgot your graciousness and quality of service!

I love this place. Great chopped BBQ chicken plate. The "hot" sauce was my favorite. The original, spicy and mustard sauces were well-oiled by the others. Great place that fits somewhere between fast-food (almost faster than McDonalds/BK) and those restaurants that make you wait 20 minutes to sit down and 15-30 minutes to get your food to you.

I went to Shane's yesterday with my Nephew. He had a kids hamburger and I had the big daddy. The food was hot and fresh when I got it which is always a plus. The customer service was excellent and I would recommend Shane's to my friends and family.

Well I have been there twice in a month to grab supper I got a bbq pork salad the lettuce was wilted and just not good. Then tonight may 2 went got supper chicken tenders fries were cold not fresh and coleslaw definitely not. This was one of my favorite go to supper places not so much now. Maybe in just caught 2 bad times.�

Chicken salad scoop on salad was ok. Average. Really friendly staff. Husband did not like the bbq sandwich at all. Tasted like oven- baked meat with bottled sauce poured on top. If you want real smoked bbq better stick with Countrys or my fav, Chesters downtown on 4th Ave. Price at Shanes was about the same as Countrys. Would not go back:(

Was there for the first time today. I don't normally eat ribs because I'm not the ribs type. The wait for their ribs were well worth it. I'll definitely be eating a lot more ribs lol. Also tried the Big Daddy sandwich. Peach cobbler was the best I've had in years from this area. My family and I will definitely be going there more often.

Shane's rib shack is awesome. I brought mt family and we loved everything. The waitresses and staff were very friendly. Service was excellent. The food was amazing. I highly recommend Shane's. We will be back soon.

I love this place! The food is so good and the service is great. Today was one of those days where my husband and I both had to work late. I grabbed the kids and stopped here to eat and the staff was very helpful as i maneuvered around with 2 little ones. Definitely a place we'll be eating at a lot.

Great place to eat. Great food, Great service and Super clean. I love the BBQ and the ribs, the grilled chicken is real good and so is the fried chicken strips. I guess I love it all. Never had anything bad there.
