I ordered a chicken Cesar wrap at 120pm on a tuesday. It took 25 minsiutes to get the wrap with one person in front of me. Every worker just slowly walked around and talked to eachother with no sense of getting good to the customer. They need a beter manager or you waiting a while!

Food was overpriced as a few Doritos covered in cheese was over 4 dollars. The meatball subs we ordered were also lukewarm at best. Would not recommend.

Place is ran by high schoolers with absolutely no management or leadership. The wait times for a simple sandwich are completely mind blowing, maybe the longest wait you’ll ever have. Food is a disappointment. Don't waste your time or money.

My reuben was pretty good. The very tiny cup of potato salad was the disappointment, not because of taste, but for $3.00 it is such a VERY small portion. It is served in a condiment style cup... typical of what many restaurants serve dressing in, for a salad. Also, today is 3/18/22, my potato salad had a sticker on it that read "3/9" stuck to the tiny lid. Does that mean it is 10 days old? Also, the cashier staff wasn't sure how the reward points worked, so I will just have to figure that out later. Maybe management can instruct employees how their own reward point system works.

Walk up counter to order food, no table side service!
The food is overpriced and poor quality with two exceptions, their chicken salad and chocolate chip cookie sandwiches are great.
They serve beer you can take outside and have a seat at a table on a nice day. You'll usually find interesting transients taking a rest here.

Hit or miss.
I had incredible food and service a few weekends ago and wanted to try something else on the menu. Tonight was a Wednesday night (3 hours before close because I'm not trying to be a last minute food customer) and sadly regret going. It is now just a couple hours later and I have incredible GI distress after getting a cold pastrami sandwich with soggy, cold 'nachos'. Their BMT equivalent was warm and delicious previously, but this pastrami sandwich was the complete opposite. By the way, the nachos are just melted cheese on one bag of Doritos.. not nearly worth the extra cost above the wonderful broccoli and cheese soup from the other weekend.
Definitely visit this deli midday on a weekend! Their food was actually really great the first time!

Terrible experience. They got my to-go order wrong, all three items. First, I had to wait 15 minutes to get the wrong order. When I came back to get my correct order, it took 20 minutes. Such a disgrace. If you want a good Mama G’s, go to Auburn.

Usually we love this location. The only reason I'm leaving a bad review tonight is because of our experience this evening on 4th of July. There was a line out the door all evening, which is understandable considering the fireworks downtown. My family's issue was it seemed to be understaffed with one register open and two people on the line. The was one lady in a blue momma goldbergs shirt, however, she was leaned up against the counter or sitting on it and on her phone behind the two guys making sandwiches. I hope that wasn't a manager. If it was, she should of at least been helping on a register or something. We ended up leaving after waiting in a line that didn't move for 30 minutes.

I don't even want to give y'all a low rating because I LOVE your food, but your staff is GOD AWFUL. Literally the most un-energetic, monotonous staff I've ever seen. I've only been in twice and both times I've just stood there waiting for the staff to leave their group chitchat to help me. The girl with the nose ring and wrist tattoo has taken my order both times and I kid you not its like she tries to use the least words possible. This time, for kicks, I decided to be overly polite to see if she would get that I wanted her to speak to me the same way. Nope. I never got a thank you, you're welcome, no ma'am, yes ma'am, how are you, what I can help you with, have a good day, nothin. When another employee started talking to her she was all about it though. I've spent six years dealing with customer service and her blatant disregard for the person handing her money that goes toward her paycheck is ridiculous. I honestly didn't want to even come in because she was so rude the first time but decided to give it another shot. Probably not happening again even though the food is great. Change your staff and I'd be there all the time!
