Food is delicious. However, when I arrived to pick up my order I was told that my card declined (I ordered online) and that I still owed 6 dollars. I handed her my card and checked my bank account as she went inside to run it. My card never declined, and I had a transaction for the full amount of my order. She hands me my card back and tells me it went through (even though I already paid online in full) and I left and went on about my day. Before I could even enjoy my food the store calls me THREE times to tell me I still owed 6 dollars. I told them that I didn't and that it went through on my account. The employee then goes "Okay, I guess we'll just take the loss". What do you mean? It's not even a loss because I PAID FOR MY MEAL.

Had a bowl of broccoli and cheddar soup. Good portion size, and tasted great. Lost a star due to a mixup getting the food brought out incorrectly, but was still a good experience.

One of our favorite places to eat. The staff is friendly and salad bar always clean and stocked. The manager always comes by our table to check on us. We love Jason’s.

Good food, friendly people, but the meals usually come with pickles, however we were told they don’t do that anymore (even though “chips & pickle” is printed on the receipt). There is a Newk’s across the parking lot…probably just go there from now on.

My picture is of half a sandwich! It was so good. That sandwich, salad bar (just one trip cause of covid), and a large drink was 11 bucks. I didn't need another trip to the bar cause I was stuffed after the sandwich. Highly recommend and the staff was super friendly.

Haven't been for awhile. Went for a corned beef sandwich on rye. Only wanted thousand island dressing and coke slaw. Was surprised you didn't offer a regular coleslaw just a kale one. Never have been in any "deli" where they didn't have coleslaw. The sandwich was grest but would have been outstanding with the slaw. Also chips were nice but a kosher dill pickle spear would have been a nice addition too.

Went last night for dinner with a large party (my family) and because I was talking and not paying attention, mine and my husbands food was the last to arrive without me noticing. When they gave us our food, the woman said, "my manager already credited back the amount onto your card for the food because it took so long." We didn't complain or make a comment about the time but they felt it was necessary. I thought that was great customer service! Thank you!

Food was supposed to be here at 8:00, after having been ordered at 6:45. 9:00 and no food. After 3 calls and being lied to by the "up front employees" we finally got a manager on the phone. The food arrived 2 and half hours after being ordered.
