Nice location and pleasant staff. Quickly greeted and order taken. The only problem I have had is ordering something on the menu and being told that they weren't serving that on that day. Disappointing and that felt strange so I went somewhere else to eat.

Omg, why didn't I know about the Lemon cookies at Panera? These cookies are big, soft & buttery with a light lemon taste. You should just get the 4pk which is about $8.65 or so. You will love these cookies, I promise.

Chicken chipotle avocado sandwich was the best with house blend dark roast coffee which was freshly brewed. There is outdoor seating. Parking is available around the restaurant. Service is good.

Good food and drinks. Not crowded so we got our order pretty quickly. The men's restroom was not horrible, just a wet floor which I hope was from a recent mopping. Someone had parked a golf cart in the handicap parking spot, which was rude since there were 5 reg parking spots available, but not really a reflection on Panera, just on entitled humans.

This Panera is great,the staff gave excellent customer service and were very welcoming. Even the manager was friendly. They are fast and very efficient. They give old school customers service which is hard to comeby these days. Cant wait to visit again.

Under-staffed but I'm patient. Can get busy in mornings to 1pm. Located near senior living so you always see nice, friendly seniors (regulars) all the time. Staff is young...majority >25 years old. Establishment is clean inside too.
I recommend the 1/2 and 1/2 Turkey Bravo and Broccoli cheddar soup. Comes with a baguette as well. Sign up for free Panera card to earn those rewards. Got a free cookie on one order when I swiped my keychain.

Speedy pick up service. Quality food and decent prices. This Bexley location is cozy and a great place for meetings and getting work done.
They follow Covid guidelines, have sanitizer and seating areas clearly marked.
