Panera Bread

First time at this location. Workers were nice, but they have 2 places where you can pick up your food, and it wasn't made clear when they took my order. I went to the food pickup counter that looked like all the other Paneras I have been to. 15 minutes passed my order was not showing up and it looked like no one was preparing any orders. I asked about it and they said there was no order for me. I verified that I had placed my order and where, and was informed that my order was over on some other counter. They apologized, but should have made it clear in the first place where to pick up the order. Not a great experience, but now I know for future visits.

Went straight to the store 204756, 6:46pm after the bad one in Hilliard location. Great service, staff are wearing uniform, were busy cleaning the place, and not just standing around. I ended up with 3 bagels (2 Choc Chip and Asiago) and Cranberry Orang Muffin. Spend more than I anticipated. But it’s worth the drive to get what I wanted. Difference of a good manager. Retrain your Hilliard 204770 managers and staff.

Anytime I order from DoorDash something goes missing. After calling I discovered that the order was filled properly and was 100% something that DoorDash was doing wrong. When I called to get information from one of the managers at Panera, she confirmed that she packed the soups and was 100% positive that they were all in there. The soup was missing and half a sandwich was missing. I expressed that I didn’t want my son to not have dinner, so I was going to pick it up myself. Mary, the manager went above and beyond with assisting me in this issue. I am never going to DoorDash Panera again, and only go straight to the specific one. Really impressed by their memory, customer service, and how they handled everything. Thank you for being amazing.

I tried their breakfast for the first time and was very impressed! I got the bacon, scrambled egg, and cheese breakfast wrap with an everything bagel. The wrap was amazing, even though it was missing the bacon, I still enjoyed it. The everything bagel was delicious as well. I got a small coffee to drink and it tasted fresh and delicious also.
